Gala de Andalucía - FF 2002

A stellar array of Spain’s traditional and contemporary flamenco artists will share the stage of New York City Center. Featured performers include the great legendary Gypsy dancer El Guito; the electrifying Manuela Carrasco, one of the most important dancers of her generation; María Pagés, an innovative dancer in the forefront of contemporary flamenco; Manuel Soler, who has been called “the master of flamenco rhythms;” and Israel Galvan, “the Nijinksky of Flamenco” known for his intricate footwork and quadruple pirouettes.
